GOALS

For me as a TSA, every negotiation begins with setting clear goals. Goals that are not only clear but also realistic. Only then can we work together towards a truly achievable result.

TSA or Lawyer

With us, you shouldn't expect high fees, as is often the case with a lawyer. Moreover, a lawyer limits themselves to what is legally permitted and doesn't provide advice regarding the negotiation process outside of legal provisions. The TSA does not provide legal advice . This can be obtained from third parties or partner organizations.

RATE

A fixed, agreed-upon fee is specified in the quote. No hourly rate, so you know exactly what to expect upfront and won't be surprised by the process's duration. We work on a no-cure, no-pay basis. If the agreed-upon goals aren't met, there are no charges.

COMPLETE PRIVACY

To ensure the complete privacy of both the client and the contractor, we use the most discreet handling method.

Contact always remains direct between the client and the relevant employer or agency. The client retains full control, so the agency or employer won't notice that part of the process is being outsourced – unless the client requests otherwise. This is always negotiable and can be fully tailored to the client's wishes.

COMMUNICATION

We can create complete emails or other correspondence, tailored to the client's unique situation. This ensures that every communication has the precise tone and content needed to achieve the desired result.

OUR WORKING METHOD

1. Request by the customer
The customer contacts us by email or through the request form on the website. They outline their wishes and the timeframe within which they expect them to be fulfilled. Providing detailed information is not required, as long as the information provided is truthful.

2. TSA Assessment
The TSA will review and investigate the request and issue a decision on the feasibility of the request. If feasible, the process will proceed to step 3; if not, the TSA will clearly indicate this and no fee will be charged.

3. Prepare quotation
If the decision is positive, the advisor will prepare a quote including the fee and the possible achievable goals. If the advisor deems some of the requirements unrealistic, a quote will be prepared based on what is considered feasible. In exceptional cases, when there is no chance of success, the request may be rejected.

4. Quotation discussion and payment
The quote will be discussed with the client. If approved, the quote must be signed by the client/customer (an email agreement is also sufficient; see terms and conditions).

5. Submitting documents for the intake
An appointment is scheduled for an intake, either digitally or in person. The client sends the contract and any important correspondence to the advisor before the intake.

6. Analysis and advice
The advisor examines the documents provided and prepares a tailor-made advice.

7. Feedback advice
The advisor presents the official advice to the client.

8. Drafting communication
If desired, the advisor can draft emails or other forms of correspondence.

9. Freedom of performance
The customer decides whether to follow the advice and communicate it to the other party. If the customer decides not to follow the advice, they will be referred to the general terms and conditions.

10. Discussion of comments
After receiving a response from the other party, the client discusses the results with the advisor. This may involve multiple contacts and conversations. All contacts fall within the previously agreed-upon rate; no additional charges will be incurred. This applies unless the scope of the assignment changes and the client expresses new requirements. In this case, the consultant may decide to revise the assignment. This is explained in more detail in the general terms and conditions.

11. Evaluation of results
The client shares the final result with the consultant to evaluate whether the agreed-upon goals have been achieved. If written confirmation from the other party is not provided in a timely manner, reference is made to the general terms and conditions.

12. Final settlement
The final settlement is being prepared. Any results achieved as agreed upon in the quote will then be incorporated into the invoice.

13. End of advisory process
The advisory process is formally completed.
