The TSA (Marc Taling) has over ten years of experience in sales and contract negotiations. This expertise covers a wide range of activities, including quotation processes, order confirmations, presentations, lead generation, and closing deals. Tenders and procurement are also a regular part of our daily work. We also specialize in contract negotiations regarding new employment contracts, termination agreements, compensation agreements, and other relative negotiation processes.
I gained my first experience with sales and negotiations at my previous employers. What began as a professional aspect of my work later expanded into my personal life. Family and friends increasingly turned to me for advice, especially on complex contracts or important decisions. We devised strategies together, and I noticed that this lead to exceptionally good results time and again. This gave me not only satisfaction but also the realization that this was truly my strength—and that I needed to act on this.
It started with a broad exploration of various industries, focusing primarily on larger sectors. The knowledge I gained there further fueled my interest. Through my sales experience, I delved deeper into negotiations, ultimately aiming to become an expert in this field. For me, negotiating and selling isn't just about knowledge and experience; it's also about intuition. Every situation is unique and requires attention to the client's needs. By accurately assessing them, you increase your chances of success—helping both the client and me achieve our goals.
